Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Vedex. We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at support@vedex.store. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@vedex.store.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom or personalized products
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
